On May 18, the University of California, Irvine hosted its annual Anteater Awards to honor UC Irvine campus organizations.
Of the 20 awards given out, UC Irvine’s IRAP chapter won the majority, including Most Outstanding International Organization and Most Outstanding Graduate Organization. The UC Irvine chapter’s president, Alexis Federico, won President of the Year.
The Anteater Awards have existed since 1980 under the name “Student Organization Recognition Night.” UC Irvine currently has over 600 registered organizations.
The UCI Law chapter of IRAP was founded by two students in 2010 and is one of 29 IRAP chapters across the United States and Canada. For more information, please visit UCI’s website.
