This week, IRAP’s Director and Co-Founder, Becca Heller, gave an in-depth interview to IRAP’s Columbia chapter as part of an article for the Columbia Journal of Transnational Law. The interview offers incredible insight into IRAP’s beginnings as an organization, as well as its development and aspirations for the future as a student-centered organization. Heller also speaks to major policy issues impacting IRAP’s work, including the Special Immigrant Visa programs in Iraq and Afghanistan, and the U.S. Direct Access Program in Iraq.
