This evening, IRAP’s Director and co-founder, Becca Heller, was awarded The Charles Bronfman Prize. The Charles Bronfman Prize recognizes young humanitarians whose work is inspired by their Jewish values and is of universal benefit to all people. Its goal is to recognize dynamic leaders whose innovation and impact serve as inspiration for the next generations. Becca is its youngest ever recipient.
The ceremony featured a conversation between Becca and renowned journalist and editor, Tina Brown. It also featured remarks by Becca and The Honorable Madam Justice Rosalie Silberman Abella. Farah Al-Khafaji, a former client of IRAP from Iraq, also presented a testimonial.
