IRAP is excited to announce that the Emergency Afghan Allies Extension Act has made great progress in the House of Representatives, and should reach the Senate in the near future. We call on all members of Congress to continue to spearhead this life-saving bill’s advancement, as its passage is truly vital to ensuring the safety of thousands of Afghans who helped America’s Armed Forces fight the War on Terror. IRAP would like to give special thanks to Representatives Blumenauer, Cotton, Gabbard, Holding, Kennedy, Kinzinger, Lofgren, and Moran for their dedication to the creation and passage of this legislation. We sincerely hope that it will be passed by the Senate and signed into law as soon as possible.
